A thorough tree consultation includes a tree exam and risk assessment and time to explain the importance of the results with the customer on-site.  Together we map out a plan of possible options of tree health care with the client expressing their budget needs and overall goals of the tree’s purpose. Every tree consultation looks different. Each client is different and each tree is different. They are like people with each of their own tree defects (problems) and mitigation options (solutions). Getting an expert to give you the right answers starts with a tree consultation and building a relationship to know your needs and the needs of the tree(s).

At-Home Doctor Visits

We come to you. Our patient, your tree, needs to be looked at to determine parts of the tree: roots, trunk, and structure of canopy in person. Includes a 45 minute visit together at your home with showing and explaining your current tree’s health and options to improve it.

At-Home TeleHealth

Even tree doctors can get busy. At times during the summer an appointment may take 2 weeks to schedule a tree consultation to have our Urban Tree Doctor come to you. Why wait? If you have a plant question or a palm concern, these can be resolved by a phone call or video call to get your question answered sooner. Pictures are sent initially to preview your issue and a phone call is scheduled to give some insight with the Urban Tree Doctor to discuss what is going on immediately. Trees that need to be more evaluated further will be mentioned if not able to be resolved on the call to be scheduled to look at more in depth in person.

Commercial Tree Consultations

The Urban Tree Doctor is available to help landscapers, landscape architects, and other certified arborists to identify issues in their landscape to know what to do.
